Karen works in the Employee Benefits Department as an Account Manager focusing on small and large business service and renewals.  She also sells Individual Health policies both on and off the exchange.  Karen has been an employee at Brooker Insurance for 20 years. She has been married for over 30 years, and has two adult children. Karen also has an adorable beagle named Lucy. She is a big fan of Cleveland sports teams and loves to vacation in Hilton Head.
